    Last Chance to Get Registered!!

If you haven't seen yet, Summer registration is still open but you don't have much time left to get your teams signed up for the next season. The deadline to register your team is Sunday 7/3 at 11:59PM EDT. If you do not get signed up by the end of Sunday (11:59pm EDT), you will have to sit on the side lines and watch everyone else have fun and to see who the best is in IGL. Registration will remain open until Sunday 7/3 at 11:59pm EDT. Get signed up NOW!!

Side Note: Roster will lock Monday 7/4 at 12pm EDT and remained locked until schedules come out. This is so we can place all teams into their appropriate Rank Tiers. We will tag the @Rocket League role again on Monday to remind you to check your emails throughout the week in case we need additional information from you. Once schedules come out, you will be able to add/remove players through the regular season.

Do you have the check mark?

So you successfully registered your team for the next season but do you have the badge on your team page? Without that little checkmark, you will not be eligible for the upcoming season. If you have the badge, you're good to go!!! If you're missing the badge, make sure you have the following completed before Monday 7/4 at 12pm EDT:

    - Captain's email address is confirmed

    - Captain has their Discord account connected to the IGL profile

    - Captain is in the IGL Discord. This is required for the entire circuit

    - You have the minimum number of players on your roster. We do not assign players to teams, so be sure to check out #looking-for-team if you still need teammates.

    - Each player has their own RL trackers connected to their own IGL account. Also double check that ALL of your accounts are connected, don't want to get disqualified for playing on an account that you didn't tell us about!!

If you still do not have the badge, DM @ModMail (Discord) so we can look into it.

    Suns Out, Octanes Out

As of right now, all rosters are currently locked and you will not be able to add/remove players from your roster until Schedules come out. Throughout the rest of the week, we will be working through ~1000 teams to check your ranks and put you into your Rank Tiers. Few things I need to make sure you all see:

I don't have a on my team page:

    - As mentioned previously, if your team does not have a on your team page, your team will not be participating in the Summer circuit. We sent out several announcements about getting your team verified.

    - If you missed out on the registering your Summer team, be sure to post in looking-for-team as teams will be looking to pick up subs.

    Rank Check Process

    - Pay attention to your emails during the week. Just because your team has the , don't mean you're in the clear. If we have an issue with your team, we will be sending the captain of the team an email stating specific instructions that need to be completed. All of these emails will have a strict deadline. If you miss the deadline, your team may be removed from the circuit.

    - Once your team has a Rank Tier, then your team will be receiving a schedule at the end of the week. If your team has received a Rank Tier, it will be listed under your team name on your team page.

    - If any of the players on your roster are highlighted in Yellow, we either haven't checked the players rank yet, or we sent you an email. You are not permitted to play in a match until you have been assigned a Rank Tier.

Not enough teams in your Rank Tier

    - If there are not enough teams in a specific Rank Tier of a circuit, we will be sending out emails to all captains and giving them the option to either play in a different region's circuit, play up a rank tier, or drop out. Minimum number of teams per rank tier is 12. If there are not enough teams in your Rank Tier for your circuit, we will offer you to move up 1 Tier in your circuit to still compete. If there are not enough teams in the next tier, your team will be automatically removed and we'll let you know via email.

When is my schedule coming out?

    - Until we check ALL teams and assign them ranks, we will not be creating schedules. Every time you ask, the @Mods add a 5 minute delay to when schedules will be released This may or may not be true but you should probably just wait until they are release near the end of the week

Requesting to play in a higher Rank Tier

    - If you would like to play in a higher Rank Tier, you must request this via email. Example, you're a Tier 2 team and you want to play in Tier 1. Simple send us an email to info@indygamingleague.com and request that we place you into a higher Rank Tier. The deadline to do this is Friday 7/8 @ 12pm EDT.

If you have any questions about the information above, feel free to ask the @Mods in circuit-chat or open a ticket by sending a DM to @ModMail.

    Check your Emails

We are getting closer to the start of the Summer circuit. One of the final steps is making sure everyone that signed up to play has the opportunity to play.

We have sent out about a hundred emails to players/captains that have issues with their team, so please check your email ASAP. If you received one of our emails, you have until tomorrow (7/8) at 6pm EDT (9am PDT/6pm CET) to respond. If you do not respond to the email we send, you risk missing out on playing in the upcoming circuit.

Note: not everyone received an email, only teams with issues

    Schedules Soon ™️

Thank you all for your patience while we get through verifying everyone's rank's and assigning them into Rank Tiers. We will begin creating schedules tomorrow evening and will be released sometime Saturday or Sunday. There's still quite a few people who have not responded to their emails, so once again, I'm asking you to check your inboxes and see if you have anything from us. If you do not see anything in your inbox, there's a couple things you can check to verify you're good to go:

    - First thing to look for is if you have a Tier # listed next to the region. If you have this, you're good to go! If you do not have a Tier listed, you will not be receiving a schedule.

    - Second thing is if you have any players on your roster that are highlighted in yellow, they are not currently eligible to play on your team's roster. This is because they have not had their rank checked by the Admin team. Several reasons this can occur but the most common is that they have not adding a RL tracker to their IGL profile, or the tracker they have added is not longer active due to a username change. Both the captain and player would have received an email.

    Examples below

We will ping everyone again when schedules are finalized and released.

    Schedules are Live!

After an insanely long week of checking everyone's ranks and putting you into Rank Tiers, we can finally announce that schedules are officially LIVE! Couple things to keep in mind this season:

    - You are only permitted to play your matches in the week they are scheduled. YOU CAN PLAY YOUR WEEK 1 MATCH STARTING TODAY

    - Results for Week 1 are due by Monday 7/18 at 12pm EDT, so don't forget to submit!

    - Bye Week matches can be played during any week as long as they are completed by the end of Week 6, Sunday 8/21.

    - Though your schedules look set, make sure to check them often. Sometimes we have to adjust schedules, and if we do, we'll email you, so pay attention.

@Rocket League Get your matches casted like the Pros

Did you know you had the opportunity to get your matches casted? Check out the clip below for how a @Community Caster can improve your clips!

Whether this is your 1st circuit or your 10th circuit, you should know that we have a Community Caster program with 50+ casters who are ready to cast your next match. Booking a caster is super easy:

    - Go to https://beyondranked.com/games?referrer=home

    - Login/Create an account

    - Connect your IGL Profile (there's a shiny button for it)

    - Select Rocket League

    - Select the date and time of your match

    - Select a Caster

    - Select your matchup and click CONFIRM

If you do NOT see an option to select your Match, do not click Confirm and DM @ModMail for Support.

    Pending Review

Please see the previous post about teammates Pending Review. These players cannot play in your IGL match until the Admin team review their ranking. If you use a player that is Pending Review in a match, you risk forfeiting that matchup and being disqualified from the circuit, so pay attention! All players under Pending Review from their point forward will be reviewed using the during season review process. Check the circuit-rules for more information!

    @Apex Legends

Specifically for team playing in the Apex circuit, you will want to read up on how to properly submit your match times and match VODs/screenshots. This information can be found in the Apex circuit rules under circuit-rules as well as the links for each form. The forms are also pinned in #apex-match-times and #apex-match-results. We'll be lenient the first week but will be more strict after that. Failure to report those two things may result in a 0 for the week.

Due to some issues in the previous circuit, all teams in both Duos and Trios are not permitted to play in the Ranked playlists for their weekly drops. You are only permitted to play in the Casual playlists. Submitting results from the Ranked Playlist will result in a loss of points for the week.

    Can't Contact Your Opponent?

All teams are required to get in touch with each other by Monday of each week. If you're having issues contacting your opponent, try doing:

    - Tagging your opponent in match-scheduling

    - If you cannot tag your opponent, ask the @Mods to assist

    - If you do not hear from them by Wednesday, go to your team page and click "Contact Opponent". That will send them an email and give them 48 hours to contact you

    - If you still do not hear from them by Friday, you are allowed to submit a forfeit. By submitting a forfeit, we may ask you for proof that you attempted to contact your opponent. SENDING YOUR OPPONENT A FRIEND REQUEST IS NOT PROOF. You need to tag them in match-scheduling and/or send them a DM.

If you have any questions about the information above, feel free to ask tag the @Mods in circuit-chat or send @ModMail a DM.

    Week 1 Deadline

How'd your first matches go? Did you win? Did you lose? Did you get your results submitted yet? Regardless of the outcome of your match, both teams are responsible to make sure match results are submitted before the deadline. If no match results are submitted, then the match will be marked as a double forfeit.

Deadline to submit results is Monday at 12pm EDT (9am PDT/6pm CET).

    Issue with uploading match Replays

Ever since the beginning of Season 4 of Rocket League, we have had issues with replays not uploading when submitting match results. This is a known issue and cannot be fixed currently. Some replays work, some don't. If you are getting an infinite loading screen after you uploaded a replay, then you will have to back out and reupload using the manual method. So take screenshots of the end game scoreboard as a backup!

Week 2 and Bye Week Matches

Week 2 matches can be played start on Monday 7/18 and must be played by Sunday 7/24. Bye Week matches can be played at any time as long as they are played by the end of Week 6. Don't wait until the last minute to schedule those!

Week 6 and Bye Week Deadline

We're in the final stretch before Playoff brackets are generated, so its time to finish up your matches!! Regardless of the outcome of your match, both teams are responsible to make sure match results are submitted before the deadline. If no match results are submitted, then the match will be marked as a double forfeit.

Deadline to submit results is Monday 8/22 at 12pm EDT (9am PDT/6pm CET). THIS IS A STRICT DEADLINE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT LATE SUBMISSIONS

    • Official Post

SUPER IMPORANT Summer Circuit Information (Seriously, it's important)

This is the LAST week of the regular season before Playoffs! So with that being said, let's all take 60 seconds to read this information so that way we do not have any issues come next week when we go to assemble brackets. Okay? Okay!

Last chance to make roster moves

You have until Sunday night to add/remove players from your roster before Playoffs kick off. Once rosters lock, you will not be allowed to add any new teammates to your Summer circuit roster. Newly added players will still need to be verified before they can compete but as long as they are added to your team, they're half way to being eligible.

    Results deadline is STRICT

This applies to ALL circuits. Your results are due Monday 8/22 @ 12pm EDT (9am PDT/6pm CET) and we will NOT accept any late submissions! Both teams are responsible for ensure match results are submitted accurately and on time. Failure to get the results submitted will result in a double forfeit. There will NOT be a link in your double forfeit email after this week. All match results are due, this includes your Bye Week matches (if you have any).

    Disqualifications

As a last reminder, if you have two or more forfeits on your team page, your team may be disqualified from Playoffs. If you already have one forfeit on your team page, make sure your last match is not your second forfeit because you will not get into the Playoffs. Please, please, please show up to your matches and submit results ON TIME!

    TL;DR / Important Information

    - Results are now due every Tuesday 12pm EDT. Since we are in the playoffs, there will NOT be any late submissions allowed. -- Round 2 (Week 8): 8/30 - 9/5

    -- Semi-Finals (Week 9): 9/6 - 9/12

    -- Finals/3rd Place (Week 10): 9/13 - 9/19

    - Some teams will not have Round 1 matches, and some will go directly from Round 1 to Semi-Finals, so please make sure to look at the Challonge bracket for your division! (Bookmark it on your browser so its easier to pull up in the future)

    - You have until Tuesday of each week to contact your opponent, if you do not hear back from them by Thursday, go to your team page and click Schedule then Contact Opponent. This will give them 48 hours to contact you! If you still do not hear back from them by Saturday, you may submit the match as a forfeit.

-- Reminder that sending a Friend Request does not count as proof of making contact. Either send them a DM or tag them in match-scheduling. If you cannot tag them, ask the @Mods for assistance.

    - All @Rocket League matches are still Best of 5 until Semi Finals

    - Rosters are also locked, so you will be unable to add/remove players for the rest of the Summer circuit.

-- If there is someone still pending verification on your team page (flashing in yellow), DM @ModMail and lets get that sorted out.

If you have any other issues or questions, feel free to DM @ModMail!
